    Alisha, Just now watched this. Our family has just been through a death and this short, sweet video was so encouraging as I resolved to eat plant based while out of the state for the family gatherings and funeral. It wasn’t perfect (some sugary treats), but you reminded me that all the white pasta, bread, meaty/cheesy casseroles/cold cuts I turned down in favor of veggies/beans/fruit was worth it and counts toward my health because, yes, I want a healthy lifestyle, not a DIEt. Would love to see more short inspiring videos! -Andrea Smith
